Pleasanton Hotel with Pool

"The first room was on 3rd floor. there was a smell on the floor, Ended up changing the room 3 days in. The new room was an upgrade to a suite, on the 4th floor. The new room was updated and nicer. The corner units are nearest to the highways"

"Much better breakfast options than I anticipated, wifi wasn't particularly good, but staff was great & I appreciate breakfast being out early. They had fruit, hard boiled eggs, & some pastries among other options (waffles, cereal)"

"Turned on air conditioner and smelled like urine. Bugs in room. Bed made my skin itchy. Loud noise at night, people walking fast by room or running. Did not feel safe."

"The hotel seemed chaotic as I witnessed gambling and craps being played. There was also an abnormal amount of weed smoking throughout. Teenagers were running around playing door knock ditch. Overall, would not stay here again. Room also smelled stale and light was coming from all around the door."
