My wife and I checked in late in the evening and staff was very helpful. We were not asked for a de9 on the room. I find that very frustrating and not necessarily convenient. Room was very neat and tidy.
Breakfast in the morning was bountiful and we thank you for that. The property and the building smelled very clean and fresh. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It should be called hotel nightmares. At first sight you’ll be like ok but once you’re in your room, no hot water. Bathroom has mold all over the ceiling. At what they call free breakfast it’s only waffles while dispensing the waffle batter how bout roaches come running out the machine. Best thing is that it’s a McDonald’s in walking distance.

When I first walked in to check in the girl was asleep at the counter, I had to wake her up. She did inform us that the water was dirty due to a city wide issue, but it was clearing up. We did call another hotel to confirm this was a city issue. The room was very outdated and had a bad smell. Carpet looked filthy, even the shower looked terrible. The linens were clean. When we were checking out there was a big puddle of water all over the lobby floor and didn’t even appear that anyone was attempting to clean it. They just walked past it as if it was normal. I would never stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK. Infested with ants and rodents, the cold water didn’t work at all. When issues were brought up to the desk, they offered another room with the SAME problems. When asked to speak with manager, manager refused to help solve the issue and refused letting me speak with GM. When asked for a refund on the days that I no longer was going to stay there manager said no and that her GM would deny any refunds as well. Extremely upset with the quality of this place and the behaviors. I have a newborn and a toddler traveling with me, this is NO way to maintain a property. It is a health risk I refuse to tolerate.
