「Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price.
Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend.
Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter.
At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...
