For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso will help you start the day well. The kitchen also has a dining area where you can gather around the large table, between two large bay windows, to have your meals together. At the back of the room, a comfortable lounge with a video projector awaits you for your cinema evenings.

For more comfort, you can park a vehicle on the plot, and another in front of the house at the end of the dead-end street.
