800m from the beach, new house for 10 with pool
Come and discover the beautiful seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André with family or friends, by staying in this magnificent modern house, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will be ideally positioned between two beautiful beaches. The major asset of this house: its heated swimming pool, available from 1 May to 28 September. The lovely 120 m² terrace will be perfect for enjoying meals or moments of relaxation in the open air. On clear days, you can see the sea from the terrace, and from the upstairs bedroom.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room with a new and fully equipped kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher for added comfort. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso will help you start the day well. The kitchen also has a dining area where you can gather around the large table, between two large bay windows, to have your meals together. At the back of the room, a comfortable lounge with a video projector awaits you for your movie nights.
In the utility room, a washing machine is also at your disposal.
On the ground floor, you will find an independent toilet, a shower, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs, four rooms welcome you. In the first, a double bed (140x190) and a desk. In the second and third, a double bed. In the last room, two single beds (80x200) that can be joined to form a large Queen-size bed, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, sink, simple mirror and WC, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a sink with a backlit mirror, complete this level.
For greater comfort, you will be able to park a vehicle on the plot, and another in front of the house at the end of the cul-de-sac.
