Instant Détente - Appt à 50 m de la plage

Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 38 m² flat near the beach in Pléneuf-Val-André, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 1 double sofa bed and 1 bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the building.

L’appartement est super et bien situé le seul problème c’est la voisine du dessous qui a mis la musique dans la nuit nous avons été obligé d’appeler la gendarmerie.Nous deconseillons cet appartement au prochain locataire si il veut dormir et se reposer.bonne soirée MrBoubennec
