Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 92 m² house in the commune of Pleyben can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 535 m² garden. Sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A dining room with access to the garden
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, video games console.

Outside:
- A beautiful 535 m² garden, private and enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pleyben, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the free public parking spaces in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Quimper, 37 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest 52 km
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

première fois que nous avons une mésaventure depuis 30 locations

Odeur de moisi dans le logement. Parfois impossible d'aérer car odeur de lisier ou produit chimique à l'extérieur. La propriétaire a voulu nous faire payer une plaque de cuisson défectueuse. Impossible de capter le 3 premières chaines télé 3 soir/6 (couverture nuageuse?) donc impossible de profiter le soir des JO avec mon fils. Pas d'accès direct au jardin arrière que montre la photo d'accueil de l'annonce. Proximité d'un stade de foot
