"The property is a gem, moreover, Ilia (phonetic spelling) and his wife, were the consummate hosts. They were very considerate, helpful and friendly. The location is great for a visit to Lake Plitvice. The rooms are quite comfortable and the setting, picturesque. Breakfast was scrumptious."

Only a 20 min walk to entrance 3 for the lakes, very convenient as we didn’t have the flexibility of a car. Marko advised us how to access a truly beautiful viewpoint which we walked to a number of times, the evening was truly spectacular as it felt that we had the whole park to ourselves. "Perfect place as a base to visit Plitvice area. Run by a wonderful family and very helpful. I know that a number of reviews mention the price of the meal on site...but my comment to that is you pay for what you get. The meal was great and the portions are VERY generous, and are served to you in beautiful garden setting...and you could drink and not have to drive!!!"

"The property is located very close to the national park (though, you still need to get there by car). The staff is very helpful and accomodating. We only stayed for one night and did not get a chance to try the restaurant, although the options seemed good! The hot tub is a little tight for 4 people, but it is still very enjoyable. The scenery is beautiful. We would definitely go back!"

"Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Nächte dort. Der Gastgeber war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Die Plitvicer Seen waren schnell und gut erreichbar (etwa 3km zu Eingang 1 und 6km zu Eingang 2) und sind ein wahres Naturspektakel. Auch einen Tagesausflug nach Bosnien und Herzegowina haben wir unternommen (ebenfalls sehr sehenswert)."
