讚好：設施服務和住宿狀況
環境很不錯，一棟一棟的小木屋住宿，房間有廚房很方便。但放在自動洗碗機內的杯子沒洗乾凈。住3晚，第2天開始下雪，退房當日下雨水及雪，因草皮地及石坂路較不方便撐傘及拖行李，所以在早上7點前先分批將行李放上車，7點半用早餐，8點多回到房間，尚未退房，想刷完牙再拿放在浴室的盥洗包，不知為何只剩牙刷、牙膏及洗髮精被平放在盥洗臺上的毛巾上，我的網狀立式盥洗包不見了！有點可惜。

Our stay at the Fenomen Plitvice Resort exceeded expectations. The lodge we stayed in, as well as the resort restaurant, made for an amazing 2 day visit. I would definitely stay there again!

Nous avons juste une remarque à faire sur la qualité de la literie (lit canapé), très peu confortable. Pour le reste, tout était bien : personnel sympathique, la chambre était fonctionnelle, la salle de bain est assez grande, la kitchenette est bien équipée et tout était propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. C’est un endroit assez retiré mais calme et reposant qui se trouve à une quinzaine de minutes du Parc national de Plitvice.

Filomena was the perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. Ideally located within easy walking distance of the park entrance, it combines convenience with a wonderfully peaceful setting. The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and finished to a very high standard. The on-site restaurant was excellent, serving great food in a relaxed atmosphere. The entire property offers a quiet retreat, with friendly, professional staff who made our stay effortless and enjoyable. A superbly relaxing experience that we would highly recommend.

Beautiful location and very convenient. But the staff was the most amazing - from being flexible with a very late night check in to helping us with directions, suggestions to the very warm approach, I think the staff and service made this an amazing place to stay. We were here with two small kids and they were very courteous with all our needs

The property is cozy, very well maintained and very peaceful. The rooms are great in size and amenities. The restaurant is really good, we had great meals during our stay, it didn’t disappoint. It is 15 minutes away from the park Entrance #1. Very convenient but in a private and secluded road. The staff was very polite and helpful.

This is a very unique property and feels like you are at a summer camp/cottage. I just loved it! The restaurant was nice and the food was good including the breakfast. Location to the waterfall was close by so you could see it from behind. It is close to the national park as well. Very nice and special place to stay.

This was a tranquil paradise when compared to the hustle and bustle of coastal towns. The rustic accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Lunch was delicious. Staff all friendly and helpful. The nearby viewpoint spectacular and a teaser for the tour of Plitvice lakes. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation room set amongst nice natural environment. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and we really appreciated them bringing our luggage on the golf cart to our accomodation.

The studio was large, clean and well maintained and had the usual stuff like a coffee machine etc. But, and this was a huge but, the air-conditioning was “centrally controlled” and was off. We couldn’t sleep because there was no air and it felt warm under the covers.
