"The views from the house over the bay are stunning. The close access to Paimpol harbour, 15 minute walk, so convenient, no need to drive. Paimpol is a great location, harbour, good restaurants, friendly staff. A great holiday location and property if you have a dog. The beach is 5 minutes away and lifeguard present for bathing."

"Nous recherchions un pied-à-terre un peu en retrait pour faire de la randonnée et du vélo en Bretagne. L'emplacement du gîte est parfait pour cela, situé non loin de Paimpol et de l'Embarcadère de Bréhat en bus ou en voiture, mais avec un supermarché, deux boulangeries et une pharmacie à proximité dans Ploubazlanec même. Le gîte en lui-même est parfait pour deux personnes, même s'il y a deux couchettes supplémentaires dans la mezzanine dont l'accès se fait par une échelle. Le plus: le jardin...

The house has versatile accommodation over 3 floors and is very well equipped, bar a potato masher and cheese grater! Comfortable beds, garden is a suntrap, and outside furniture was excellent."

"Très agréable séjour. Petit village sympathique avec tous les commerces essentiels à proximité. De très belles et nombreuses randonnées à proximité du gîte. La propriétaire du gîte est charmante et très arrangeante. Nous étions 19 dans le gîte et c'était très bien mais ça aurait été compliqué d'être plus nombreux car certains couchages sont dans la piece de vie. Tout dépend de la configuration des groupes..."

"If you are looking peace, quiet and privacy then this lovely property will suit you. A very clean, well equipped and comfortable house situated just off a private road. The owner Mrs Rouzes and her husband were very welcoming and on arrival the provisions in the house were welcome and generous, far better than most. The downside of my stay was the weather but it didn't impact on my stay as the house is warm and cosy."

"This stay was good in all ways I can think of Good staff. Particularly Alexander who was new but engaging and engaged doing a fantastic hospitality job. Food excellent especially dinner and knowledgeable staff who could explain the ingredients without hesitation Room perfect with outside area making a great space Close to Paimpol, we walked easily If I had a tiny criticism it would be refreshing breakfast items as some ran out. "

"Fantastic location and lovely building with plenty of space and great views. The pool was lovely, but the pool cover was slightly tired and not always easy to open. Beds were all comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was well kitted-out, although some of the frying pans weren't suitable for the induction hob so didn't work. BBQ was great and worked really well. Also easy to clean which helps. Table tennis table and room were a big hit - perfect space for it. House was clean throughout. Lovely garden and forest area with a rope swing the kids loved. Nice walk out from the bottom of the garden to the beaches."

"Wonderful stay, booked in a whim! Delightful staff, literally perfect accommodation and the comfiest bed ever. Very quiet area with secure parking. Parking is not free, I think its about €5 a day. The only thing is no air conditioning which considering this is brand new, is a bit of an oversight. Having said that everything was perfect and immaculate."

"The hotel and staff were lovely. However, it states in the description, and on their website, that there is a restaurant and that it was open on a Sunday. It is not open on a Sunday and it is next door. The breakfast area of the hotel, does some snacks, both hot and warm, which was a relief after a long day of driving, because we did not want to drive to get dinner. "
