The "Ti an Aod" is a 3-room house spanning 70 square meters across two levels, offering practical furnishings. The living and dining area features a dining table and TV, with access to a veranda. There is another living room with a veranda and dining table, leading out to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, mini-oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The ground floor also includes a shower and a separate toilet. Heating is provided by oil. Upstairs, you'll find one room with sloping ceilings containing a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with sloping ceilings housing a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). The floors throughout are made of wood. There is a small terrace with a south-east facing position, offering views of the bay.
