This spacious house of 135 m² ideally located 2 steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the seaside resort of Trez-Hir, it will be the ideal starting point to discover northern Finistère.

This completely single-storey house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two bedrooms are equipped with Queen Size beds (160x200), one bedroom is equipped with 4 bunk beds, ideal for children, and finally the last bedroom, the master suite, includes a King Size bed and an adjoining shower room. The shared bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

With its large corridor and its large windows, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea as soon as you wake up! The living room is nicely furnished and open to a modern well-equipped kitchen, with a large family table adjoining the living room.

Surrounded by bay windows, the living room is extremely bright, and opens onto the furnished terrace and the garden, to take full advantage of this superb sea view.



Outside, enjoy the large enclosed garden of nearly 1000m² and its garden furniture for moments of relaxation in the open air. You can also enjoy sea views from the property.
