The fully renovated holiday apartment is located in a typical Breton longhouse, which we inhabit ourselves. This longhouse is part of a former farmhouse that has been converted into several residences.
Ground floor:
The apartment includes a ground floor with a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a large table, and a small 13 m² patio-style garden featuring a private south-facing terrace surrounded by greenery.
Upper floor:
Upstairs, you will find a living room with a TV and a sofa that can serve as an extra bed, separate toilets, and a bedroom equipped with a double bed and mosquito net. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom area with a walk-in shower and washbasin, integrated into the room.
Ecology:
The materials used are environmentally friendly and respect the 19th-century building (lime, wood wool, timber, etc.). The apartment stays naturally cool in summer, even during heatwaves. The 1,500 m² garden is maintained ecologically: mowing is managed by two sheep, no pesticides are used, and local species are respected. Most of the furniture has been sourced second-hand, creating an authentic atmosphere between land and sea.
Location:
Situated among fields and forest, 6 km from the beaches of the wild dunes of Gâvres to Quiberon, the location is ideal for walks on foot, by bike, or on horseback. The owners will be present to advise you and share their favorite places.
