  • A house completely renovated, close to the beach (500 m), hiking trails. The house has a parking (3 cars) and 2 lawns all in private. The area is very quiet (no traffic). Supermarkets (Carrefour and Vie Claire) are 800 m.
    For people with reduced mobility, a room next to the bathroom is on the ground floor. Within a radius of 30 km you will find many opportunities to visit (the port of Audierne and the auction of Plouhinec, the aquashow, the port of Douarnenez and its boat museum, Quimper, the tip of the raz and the island of Sein, the picturesque town of Pont-Croix, the water mills ...).

Spacious, comfortable and clean house. Everything is there for cooking, resting and playing. Beautiful flowery walk to the sea. Very quiet area. You will receive clear instructions from Luc regarding check-in, use of the house and check-out. Fantastic!

Sommerurlaub 2025

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich mehr als gut ausgestattet. Vom Pflaster bis zur Alufolie ist alles da was wir brauchten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad ist zwar klein aber völlig ausreichend. Es gibt in der Oberen Etage 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Ausklappsofa auf dem Flur das man mit einem Vorhang abtrennen kann. Die Einfahrt ist wirklich sehr klein, wir mussten immer sehr rangieren um mit unserem Ford Tourneo dort rein oder raus zu kommen. Die Geruchsbelästigung, mal von den Algen mal von der Sickergrube, hat uns am meisten gestört aber das ist halt Natur. Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar nicht weit aber doch sehr steil und deshalb schon anstrengend und für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet. Oder man fährt mit dem Auto die 5 min zu Strand. Die Strände sind in der Sommersaison für Hunde nicht gestattet und es gibt auch nirgends einen Hundestrand. Wir konnten leider nur Abends mit unserem Hund an den Strand. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus und haben die 3 Wochen in der Bretagne genossen. Vielen Dank an Luc und die fleißigen Helfer die dieses Domizil gebaut haben.

Ein typisch bretonisches Haus, komplett eingerichtet und gemütlich. Lage nicht weit vom Strand, Einkaufen 1 knapper km. Platz wäre für eine größere Familie gewesen, wir waren zu zweit. Die Kommunikation mit Luc hat gut geklappt (zur Info: der Wifi-Code besteht aus 2 Zeilen, hintereinander weg)Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Une maison de famille où on se sent chez soi

Une bonheur de decouvrir cette maison de Plouhinec ! 5-10 min à pied de la plage, central pour balader dans les environs (pointes du Raz et de Van, Douarnenez, Pont Croix, Audierne, Cap Sizun) tout est à max 25 min en voiture. La maison à le charme des vieilles demeures et est confortable. Le jardin est paisible et le hameau charmant. Des supers vacances !

Agréable maison familiale.

Maison réservée à l'occasion d'un mariage en Bretagne. Mon mari et moi avons profité de cette occasion pour passer quelques jours avant et après à voir et revoir cette région magnifique. La maison étant assez vaste nous avons pu y accueillir 4 personnes de notre famille pour le weekend du mariage.. Pour un séjour plus long à 6 il serait préférable de disposer de 2 sdb et 2 WC. Sur un weekend cela se gère très bien. Bonne expérience.

Hübsches altes restauriertes Steinhaus in einem Weiler (Hameau) ca. 600 m von Strand und Meer entfernt . Viel Platz im Haus und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bei unserer Ankunft roch es etwas modrig , was jedoch dem z.T. innen vorhandenen offenen alten Mauerwerk und vermutl. auch der Tatsache geschuldet ist , das das Haus vorher eine Weile nicht genutzt wurde. Dank der ruhigen Lage und der bequemen Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen .(Von einem der oberen Schlafzimmerfenster kann man sogar das Meer sehen !) Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Points und Caps bietet viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten . Der Weg zum Meer führt über eine etwas steile Strasse ,lässt sich aber in 10-15 min zu Fuß gut bewältigen . Für Besitzer grosser Autos gut zu wissen ist das die Grundstückseinfahrt rel. eng ist und für Hundebesitzer das der Hof/Garten nicht abgeschlossen ist . Hunde sind zw. dem 01.06. und dem 30.09. an fast allen Stränden im Finistere verboten . Hat hier am Strand aber zum Glück keinen gestört . Der Kontakt zum freundl. Vermieter hat stets gut geklappt und die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe ebenfalls . (5 Sterne dafür das man auch mit 3 Hunden ins Haus darf !!! ) End-Reinigung wird vom Mieter selbst vorgenommen. Von daher sollte man evt. diesbezügl. nicht zu penibel sein .;-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt und würden es wenn es uns wieder in diese Gegend zieht gerne wieder buchen . Merci beaucoup à Ms.+Mme. Jassogne !

Location charmante

La maison est agréable et charmante, dans un petit hameau très calme, proche de la mer et à proximité du centre et ses commerces. Le contact avec Luc et Martine est facile, ils inspirent la sympathie même si nos échanges ont été uniquement par sms, nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de nous rencontrer. Je recommande cette location à qui souhaite un bel environnement tranquille!

Un cadre reposant et une maison de caractère

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison de caractère, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Le chemin jusqu'à la plage est vraiment très court. Le petit quartier est vraiment très calme avec des voisins très sympathiques. Un endroit idéal pour se reposer et découvrir la côte à pied. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une semaine mais nous ne voulions plus repartir. Le contact avec les propriétaires est également très facile par l'application. La seule chose inconvéniente était que nous avions un fourgon pour notre voyage et que nous n'avions pas pensé que les rues bretonnes sont très étroites, dont l'accès à la propriété 🤭🙈 La prochaine fois, nous prendrons sans doute une plus petite voiture 😅

Check in und Check out hat auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hervorragend geklappt. Ausstattung reichlich vorhanden, das Badezimmer könnte etwas größer sein, vor allem bei einer Belegung mit mehreren Personen. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht!

Toller Urlaub in einem charakteristischem Bretagne-Haus

Wir kennen die Umgebung seit Jahrzehnten sehr gut und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die fußläufige Nähe zu Strand und Meer ist toll und das Haus liegt wundervoll ruhig. Gerade auch mit Kindern ein tolles Haus, weil man auch in Garten spielen kann. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
