Private: property 800 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 5.2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop 2.1 km, sandy beach "Plage du Phare" 230 m. Golf course (9 hole) 20 km, surf school 1.5 km, sailing school 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m.
