Villa Florelie

Wonderful villa and wonderful location! The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. We all had a brilliant time. Plenty of sandy beaches within a few minutes drive. Oceanopolis in Brest was about a 40 minute drive and well worth a visit. The swimming pool was used every day and my 4 year old grandson would be happy to stay in all afternoon if he could. Patrick the host was very kind and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der Bretagne

Unser erster Urlaub als Großfamilie mit sieben Personen mit drei erwachsenen Kindern (18-21 Jahre) hat uns die Wahl des Ferienhauses nicht bereuen lassen. Wir sind immer noch begeistert vom Haus und natürlich von der Bretagne. Das Haus ist vom Equipment perfekt ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Allein der Ausblick vom Esstisch oder von der Terrasse auf die Bucht ist unbezahlbar. Patrick ist ein toller Vermieter, merci. Leider hatten wir nur zwei Wochen gebucht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Amazing Accommodation, Fantastic Hosts - Merci Bien !

Everything about our stay was so appreciated by all three generations on this family trip (ages 9 - 76). Patrick and his family were very quick and efficient in communication. They kindly went out of their way to accommodate our unusual arrival time too. We have stayed in many different holiday homes in Brittany and this was by far the best. We loved the situation on the beach for swimming and within easy walking distance of restaurants (fruits de mer from La Corniche at about 100m recommended), cafés, the local market and supermarket and some lovely walks. The house itself is incredible. The pictures can’t really do it justice. Our children could play in the pool while we used the well equipped kitchen and dining room or had breakfast on the sunny back terrace. The garden is large, backing on to a field where we saw lots of wildlife. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. Our outstanding memories though will actually be watching the tides and sunset over the bay from the middle level reading room/kitchen. I’ve been struggling to think of something to criticise so that this review sounds more balanced but can’t think of anything. We hope to return as soon as possible!

AMAZING! Perfect Location :)

This property and host were fabulous! We have 3 kids who absolutely loved the indoor pool and there is plenty of space for everyone. Morning coffees and dinners were spent on the back patio to have the fresh are and also a sea view during high-tide :) Easy to get too and the little toen has everything you need. Pizza is amazing at La Calzone!!! We'd come back again :)

La vue, le confort et la décoration

Parmi les nombreuses maisons qui ont accueilli au fil des ans, notre groupe d’amis (10/12 personnes), la villa FLORELIE se classe aisément sur le podium. Sylvie et Patrick sont adorables et nous ressentons qu’ils ont mis tout leur cœur dans cette belle rénovation. Je recommande sans réserve.

This is an absolutely amazing property in a beautiful location

The property has been developed to the highest standards and is equipped with absolutely everything you need. It’s on the seafront with fantastic views at every level. The owner made us very welcome. We had a fabulous time and would recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious break.

Une maison d'une beauté exceptionnelle, directement sur la plage

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Es liegt direkt am Strand. Hinter dem Haus ist ein schöner Garten, der an ein Feld anschließt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann im Innenhof parken. Im Untergeschoss sind zwei große Schlafzimmer, ein Hauswirtschaftsraum (Waschmaschine/Trockner). Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich und den Innenpool. Das Wasser ist ca. 28 Grad warm und nicht gechlort. Wir haben nach den Strandspaziergängen mit einem Glas Wein den Pool genoßen, mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Purer Luxus. Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Garten, ein großes Badezimmer & Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es einen weiteren Essbereich mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Im obersten Stockwerk sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht in den Garten und aufs Meer, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat bei der Ausstattung sehr auf Qualität geachtet. Patrick war ein super Gastgeber und hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. La maison est magnifique, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. La maison a un total de 4 étages et est située directement sur la plage. Derrière la maison se trouve un beau jardin qui communique avec un champ/une forêt. Il est situé dans un endroit très calme. Vous pouvez vous garer dans la cour de la propriété. Au sous-sol se trouvent deux grandes chambres, une buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une grande cuisine bien équipée avec un coin repas et la piscine intérieure. L'eau est à environ 28 degrés et n'est pas chlorée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié de profiter de la piscine avec un verre de vin après nos promenades sur la plage, avec vue sur la mer. Un luxe pur. Au premier étage, il y a deux autres chambres avec vue sur le jardin, une grande salle de bains et des toilettes. En outre, il y a un autre coin repas avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et une petite kitchenette. Au dernier étage, il y a deux autres chambres avec une vue fantastique sur le jardin et la mer, une autre salle de bain et des toilettes. Toute la maison est très bien équipée et meublée à un niveau élevé et très propre. Ils ont accordé beaucoup d'attention à la qualité de l'ameublement. Patrick a été un super hôte et a pris merveilleusement soin de nous. C'était l'une de nos meilleures vacances. Melanie, Emma et Matthias

Villa exceptionnelle

Je reviens tout juste de cette magnifique villa, qui est pour moi la meilleure location où nous avons séjourné. Nous avons tout apprécié, tant l'accueil, l'écoute, la disponibilité, la très très grande gentillesse des propriétaires. La maison avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, la piscine est très bien chauffée. Il y a un centre nautique à proximité de la maison qui a fait le bonheur des grands. Nous étions époustouflés par le cadre, la décoration, l'emplacement, l'équipement, la ville et ses alentours. Tout était absolument parfait! Merci encore.
