「The cabin is wonderful. Very cute and decorted to make it sooo cozy. Loved the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the porch. Did get to see a barge on the river. Only complaint is the yard needs weedeated. Cant really mow it so weedeat it and cut some low limbs and it would be perfect.」

「This place felt great the moment we arrived. Clean with all the amenities we required. The view out of the sunroom is amazing, or you get the same view from the outdoor patio table. Numerous hummingbirds kept us entertained. Great communication from the owner. We'll definitely plan to return.」

「Me and my wife were looking for a nice weekend getaway. And found Gwen and Bear’s Cabin listed. The Cabin is right down the mountain from Petit Jean State Park. Which was exactly what we were looking for! The privacy of the cabin and the woods and small stream next to the cabin were also great! All around was an awesome experience and we will definitely be booking again!」

「The location is conveniently close to the state park and it's a very short drive to access the trails and visitor's center. However, the cottage has a musty smell and the burners on the stove were warped to the point that we had trouble cooking our food. We also had some issues with the AC unit in the bedroom.」

「First off, the view from the living room is a million dollar view! Absolutely breathtaking. The house was clean, fully stocked, and we loved that it had kayaks available for us to use! We kayaked, fished, relaxed, did stargazing at night, and went to Petit Jean which wasn’t a far drive! We had a fantastic trip and can’t wait to go back!!」
