“We all had a great time. Love this area of North Carolina. Just had an issue with the cleaning crew. We arrived about 15 minutes before check in and the cleaning crew was still there. “We had a wonderful time at Grandview. The view really was stunning and the covered porch allowed us to enjoy it in the rain. When we needed a replacement coffee maker, Michael and Mariam responded and arranged one immediately. The house was very clean, exceptionally well appointed, and was equally accessible for both my grandmother and young children. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Property overall was well kept and nice inside enough for family get together and kids TV shows were available. “Nicely appointed small apartment. One bedroom and a murphy bed in the den/living room. Keurig and coffee maker. Good Wifi. Parking for Sugar Mountain is very close. “Great stay. Closest rental/ walk to the lodge, was a perfect rental for a family with young kids. Everything was better than expected. Owners definitely do upkeep and repairs for the rental. “Took my 2 teenage kids skiing at Sugar Mountain and this location was perfect! Ski in/out onto an easy blue slope (Birch) and maybe 5 minutes if you need to drive down to the sugar mountain lodge. Plenty of space for us with 2 bedrooms (not pullout couch) for us to rest. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.”
