Friendly front desk, and helpful with info on local attractions. Room was a little dated and on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable with microwave and refrigerator. Cute cabin rooms with screened porch. Good parking next to room. Breakfast was generous with yogurt, fresh fruits, juice, and the usual hotel breads/cereals/coffee. Perfect location for Plymouth State University visit, near Main Street.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms weren’t the cleanest but ok for a single night. Bathroom set up is strange at best. The toilet is set so far back that you are jammed into the edge of the bathroom counter. Towels were thin and rough. Comforter had a suspicious red stain on one end. But the beds are actually very very comfortable.

Likes - Clean room, bed was comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking. The price was particularly good. Coud be improved - AC was noisy. I turned to just fan and opened the window instead as it was cool outside. The room was small, but adequate.

Horrible motel. The "clean" towels and "clean" sheets had dirt and stains. Mold in the tub and the shower head was broke. Big cracks in walls. The door barely closed properly. The breakfast consisted of bread in an unlabeled bag and oranges that were old, soft and not edible. When we said something about the oranges, we were told, no they are fresh. Did not get welcome or pleasant gestures from any of the staff. I've stayed in some low-end motels in the past but this was by far the worse, to the point that we almost left upon checking in. I am a little disappointed that Expedia associates their name with this one.
