“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly.
Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a……

“The room was freezing when I arrived and it took hours for it to warm up.
There was NO coffee with the continental breakfast.
The staff was nice. The room was ok albeit unacceptably cold.”

“It was pretty quiet, not to many people staying but that was fine. I didn’t visit the pool area so I can’t speak for it but it was open and looked ok. My only complaint is the breakfast. There weren’t that many options. Most things were carbs (bread/bagels/cereal/pancakes). Juice options were great. But no eggs or meat. The bed was comfortable and the tv and amenities in the room all worked. Over all 3-4 stars. There was only one person on staff that I saw my entire stay. ”
