“We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early.
Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room.
We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival.
Room-darkening drapes were missing. There were 2 sets of drape empty drape tracks with pull strings. Horizontal window blinds did not even fit the windows.

“Breakfast was fine. Our bathtub had a big area of dried soggy soap residue on the ledge. So I imagine the tub wasn’t cleaned. Never saw the pool. The stairs to the second level in our room was VERY steep. The bed setup was great otherwise to sleep 6. Check out was 10am and our child had a competition until 11am so that was very inconvenient. $75 per hour for late check out. No thanks. I don’t know why they have such an early checkout. We were going to have lunch at their restaurant before……
