“Loved the location, proximity to downtown Meredith and restaurants. Went over to Weirs Beach snd took the narrated tour aboard the Mount Washington cruise. Loved the ambiance of the outdoor fire pit and the small beach access at the inn. There were kayaks available for rent as well. Grounds were well maintained and overall very quiet. All guests were respectful of each other. Room was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was welcome and tasty! Late check out of 11 am was appreciated!”

“Amy & Nick were wonderful, warm and accommodating hosts! They have a wealth of knowledge in the area! The Inn is beautiful, historical and has so much character which I LOVE! I was attending a wedding at the Mill Falls Resort. A 7 minute walk to Church Landing where the wedding venue was. The town of Meredith is so quaint! Wonderful shops, library, cafes and restaurants.. Church Landing is beautiful on the Lake!! All within walking distance of the Inn. Breakfast in the morning was incredible!!!……

“We booked through Expedia the Common Man Inn. My confirmation said off site. When checking in we found out it was up the street on the left. The Lodge. It was not inviting like Inn property. Lobby was not fresh and clean. After further research there are multiple properties and this one is, Common Man Lodge not the Inn. It is a two story motor inn that they remodeled. So when booking be aware you are not off site. Very disappointing, this was get away weekend for my birthday. So we checked……

“As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped……

“Kevin and Karen were so welcoming and made you feel at home. Such a delightful place to stay in the middle of all the excitement of Meredith, NH and Lake Winnipesaukee/weirs beach!!! We would visit again!!!”

“Beautiful view, great coffee, good restaurants, ideal area. Pet peeves: narrow opening for toilet, dim lighting in shower, balcony needed sweeping- cob webs, guests had preschoolers in hot tub and adult pool area, other guests saving chairs they weren’t using with towels and monopolizing area to lake with a dog playing fetch blocking guests from going in the water , also dragged a resort chair down in lake water and even drying their dog with resort towels used for guests. In addition another……

“Breakfast is good. However, some mechanic noise was found continually around the room. We have some difficulty to get a good sleep.”

“Laconia week is usually busy at bike week and expensive. Stayed here on two different years and it was a good experience.”

“All good except slippery tub, no grab bars in tub and no railings on stairs… had to grab ballasts. Granted we are along in years but you don’t know that or who you are renting to on the other end of the reservation ( (unless you ask re needs). Not sure you are compliant with ADA guidelines.”
