Great, clean and beautiful rooms and overall a nice hotel with helpful staff, teniss courts, great wellness and gym. Highly recomended for a couple get-away!

Good for business & family alike
Arrived at 1:45 PM I've asked if early check in was possible and it was, which was great as we were tired from the journey. Plenty of parking space as well for the guests so no problem there. Lobby was clean and so was the room. Its slightly dated but still up to the modern/business standards, covid wasn't kind to any hotel. There was evening ball-gala event which was a bit louder but the rooms are sound-proofed, so wasn't much of an issue. Breakfast was up to the business and international standards, although it always surprises me, how small juice glasses can each hotel make.

Very clean place lots of parking and nice pool and tennis courts. Breakfast was really nice and constantly topped up with fresh hot food. Only thing that would have been nice is a kettle in the room.

Everything was very fine until checkout when they charged me for the 3rd bed extra about 15 €, and this spoiled a kind of everything, because I thought that 3 beds where included in the price for which they made me this offer. I was searching from start for one room with 3 beds for my wife, me and my six years old son. So to pay extra for this 3rd bed is in my oppinion a total fraud or rip-off. Total unexpected shock. If I knew that I have to pay extra (this was not written in my reservation invoice) I would probably have choosen another hotel.

Plzen is great
Very nice Hotel near the park and sports facilities. However, 4 stars might be a bit too high. I think the rating comes from former times .

Park Hotel Plzen.
Stayed here a few weeks ago and returned because of that. The accommodation and every aspect of the hotel was excellent. Food in the restaurant very good. Overall everything great.

Parkhotel in the park
Nice hotel on a the outskirts of the town, yet 10 mins taxi drive from the center. It's on the verge of a beautiful park, great for run or just outdoor relax in the summer. Good service, great breakfast buffet.

Restful place
Very good resort and excellent swimming pool when the weather is good. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent. Breakfast was very good too. I would recommend. Better to have a car to go downtown.

Good hotel. Service is good. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Parking is free as is breakfast which was good. Hotel is located next to a forest area and is a good place to relax in the outdoor seating areas. Restaurant has good service but food is not so good. My wife had risotto which was way to salty. I had a pork dish which was strips of pork and bacon (fat only) rolled together. The pork was raw in some areas.

Plzen, Czech Republic not a great place to visit.
Overall, my wife and I had a negative impression of Plzen as a whole. People in Plzen did not seem to smile. Everywhere we went, most people had a sour expression on their faces and when we asked for help, we got the impression that it was an imposition to help us out. At our hotel, except for reception, staff at our hotel seemed dissatisfied with their jobs and unhappy they had to work in the service industry. We also visited Prague and it seemed to be a much happier place to visit.

Good but no cigar - not a business hotel
I stay in Czech hotels alot, and usually service is excellent all over the country - unfortunately this hotel was lacking which surprised me. Good room and excellent wifi. Lots of tourists using the hotel which meant everything was crowded all the time. In fact on my final day, I was unable to get breakfast at 07.00 as the small room used for breakfast was completely full. When checking out, only one person at the desk and it took 20 minutes to checkout.

Hotel with promise - disappointing receptionist.
The Hotel was modern and quite clean. We were unfortunate in that the first room given had a blocked basin, and the door would not lock, they offered a room with a bath but no shower, and then offered a SMOKE-INFESTED room which was less clean, and stated that there were no further rooms available. We had to sleep with the window open to dilute the smoke, it was a bit cold and humid but better than the alternative. The next day I enquired with a different receptionist whether the hotel was full overnight as the large car park was almost empty, she replied it was quite empty - less than twenty rooms occupied out of 105. After all we were not complaining about the TV or the colour of the walls, but did expect to have functioing bathroom with a shower, a smoke-free sleeping area, and to be able to lock the room door when we sleep or go out to eat. Had my wife not been very tired the evening before, I would have ventured to another hotel despite the late hour.

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Bad jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Pool war richtig klasse, das Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich und der Raum hierfür zu klein. Die Wellness-Area ist super, der Tenniscourt ebenso.

Per me è stato il primo soggiorno al Parkhotel di Pilsen, ho fatto un soggiorno di soli tre notti per lavoro, sicuramente la struttura è da sfruttare in toto con più giorni a disposizione e liberi da impegni lavorativi, in quanto mette a disposizione piscina, campi da tennis ecc... Per me è stato positivo, lo consiglio a tutti.

Everything was OK - just two small issues....
Everything was fine except the following two things: A) The pillows shall be changed - their filling feels like they are 100 years old B) The the bathtop has no glas or curtain - means taking a shower without flooding the bathroom is quite challenging
