We had an excellent stay during ISU's homecoming. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to all of our events. Yes, there some worn areas-sonething I expected given the fantastic room rate. The common areas are in need of updating, but I very much appreciated that they're working on rooms first. The manager was very eager to show me the upgrades. Our room had not been updated yet but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but enough for us. Thank you!

Much more clean and comfortable than you’d expect from the looks of the place. Definitely dated and nothing special, but I was on my own. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, AC and WiFi worked, and there was in-room coffee. I’d stay there again if I was by myself.

1st time every thing was fine. In past trouble with shower or toilet or heating/air or water faucets. Felt like I finally got what I paid for. Have continued to use because I only stay one night, cheap rate and the bed has always been comfortable. Hope this is a good trend for the property.

Prkg good. Staff friendly. A/C fine. Room clean except the “mold” in the caulking of tub. We didn’t use it. Waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt and dry cereal very good. “Manufactured” scrambled eggs and sausage not great.

This place needs a lot of work. The shower did not drain the rooms reeked of cigarettes smoke. No we had requested non smoking. Hallways were dirty. The floor in the room was dirty when we checked in. My deposit for incidentals was never returned, though. The room was left in more than satisfactory condition.

I have stayed at 9 places over a 2 week road trip and this was by far the most comfortable bed. The only complaint was an exceedingly slow drain in the bathtub. Felt like I was getting both a shower and a bath at the same time.

The hotel was really outdated and worn down. The beds were very nice and comfy. It felt very dingy and dirty, but it wasn't dirty, just very dark. We were only there to sleep, so it served it purpose. The breakfast was ok.
