「Not satisfied because they didn’t get the room as we reserved. Makes me feel I’m not important & embarrassing. They said it is Expedia mistake. That may be both side fault because this wasn’t the first time happened to me. We booked the room showing in Expedia website have big sofa and a dinner table with 2 chairs. 「We were 7 people and the space was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. I really appreciated that each room in the house had its own thermostat and temperature control and we were able to make the house warm and cozy. I've stayed in the same community at different homes before where the temperature control was not great and felt it was either too cold or too warm or the floors were freezing. They also had an easy turn on switch fireplace which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool...
