「2 night stay here was as smooth as we could have hoped for. We checked in very late after hours - 02:00 - and staff kindly left our keys in a secure lock box for self check in, all helpfully sorted via a simple email beforehand. They also sorted us a parking space directly in front of the property (additional parking is available behind the hotel too). Rooms were fresh, well equipped and bathroom looked newly renovated. All very comfortable and high quality - better quality than the 3 hotels in...

「Modern, newly refurbished, clean wonderful stay in Poděbrady.」

「 Trevligt.」

「Great attentiveness.」

「We love this place.」

「Basic but clean and modern property. Staff were friendly and helpful.」

「Perfect service, great food and a nice spa experience」

「Søde og hjælpsomme, fin morgenmad.」

「The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau.」

「Elevator was not working while we arrived wifi is ok but slow breakfast is just ok」

「Beautiful and conveniently located.」

「Room smelled like a old man who didn’t wear deodorant …. EVER! Door didn’t lock! Their solution was to move rooms that was a downgrade after we told them twice about it ! Actual nice hotel very clean and new …. Except for our room and the lack of concern for a door that doesn’t lock!!」
