「Beautiful villa and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Totally private and very peaceful. There are no amenities such as shops in walking distance. We were contacted via WhatsApp and greeted on arrival by Zivka who welcomed us warmly and left a stunning selection of fresh vegetables and fruit from her garden, wine, beer, local brandy and bread. 「Gastgeber waren super freundlich und bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen, gab es sofort Lösungen. Die Lage ist unglaublich schön und ruhig. Ohne Auto geht es aber nicht. Einkaufen kann man prima im Nachbarort Makarska. (Kaufland, Lidl, und weitere Supermärkte sind da vorhanden) Das Pfandsystem in Kroatien ist... sagen wir es mal vorsichtig "ausbaufähig" :D Land und Leute sind einfach angenehm. Ich denke Kroatien sieht uns wieder. Beim Essen gehen in Restaurants, sollte man sich die Preise vorher...

「Das Haus ist groß, sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die vielen kleinen "Extras" wie z.B. der schräge Lichtschacht im Wohnzimmer, der das Tageslicht, durch den Glasfussboden, auf die Vase im Keller lenkt, ist schon ein besonderer Hingucker. Auch die Terrassen, mit den vielen verschiedenen Sitz-, Relax- und Liegemöglichkeiten waren traumhaft.Der Ausblick ist einfach ein Traum und wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen können. 」

「This beautiful property was well equipped and very comfortable for our group of 7 friends. The views were spectacular and the pool so nice to enjoy after a day seeing the sights. We hiked, tasted wine (very nice welcome bottle from Milan and Vedrana) and i couldn’t recommend this place more!and 」

「We hebben een fantastische week gehad in Podgora! Het appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen; het is netjes, schoon, ruimer dan verwacht en een zeer comfortabel bed. Anna en Boris doen hun best het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Je merkt aan alles, dat ze er plezier aan beleven gasten te ontvangen en het hen naar de zin te maken. 「Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung für eine Woche gebucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet und alles sehr neu und äußerst Sauber. Das Schlafsofa war etwas unangenehm, dazu muss man aber sagen wir schlafen immer sehr weich, das ist Geschmacksache. Stellplätze gibt es dazu und die Umgebung war ein Traum. Wir können es jedem zur Empfehlen dort zu übernachten.」

「We had a lovely stay. The view was breathtaking and the pool was the perfect place to sit and take it all in. Leon was helpful from the start and keen to make our stay perfect. He even got us a doctor's appointment when our daughter was unwell. The villa is beautiful and the air conditioning is a lifesaver in the heat of the Summer. Thanks for a wonderful stay.」

「The Villa was beautiful with plenty of space with older teens. Wonderful views across to Hvar and Brac. A joy to open the shutters every morning! The drive up from Podgora is very windy with lots of hairpin bends. It is not an easy walk to the village especially in the heat and the walk back is very tough. It took about 20-25 minutes. There are a few other villas nearby but we were not overlooked. Kitchen was well kitted out including plenty cleaning products.Check-in and out was very easy....
