When we came back to our igloo after a long day full of adventures we were pleasantly surprised to find a bag with sandwiches, fruit, juice and protein bars left for us! "Absolutely magical 3-night stay at the Saariselka Wilderness Hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food and the private jacuzzi and sauna were a wonderful indulgent treat! Highly recommended, would love to pay a return visit! "

"The location is unbelievable. A real wonderland. I stayed over New Years and there was snow everywhere. Maybe the most beautiful place I’ve been. I took lovely walks every morning. Great food. Nice rooms with good beds and bathrooms. Most of the time the staff at the front desk act like they don’t really care that much. Not all of them but some. The place is expensive and they don’t really try to help keep it affordable. Expect to be over charged for everything. Still, I loved it ! I hope I can go back someday. Really magical. "

"Hotels.com advertises a games room but there’s no such thing here. Room was nice enough - breakfast was in a very dated room and not great I couldn’t even eat the scrambled eggs as were horrible. Staff gave us incorrect info about airport bus. "
