"Firstly, we absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I came for an extended weekend to celebrate my birthday and loved the quiet, relaxing, tranquil setting. We spent several hours on the back porch reading and watching the waves crash against the rocks. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded and the host was friendly and communicative and responded quickly. "Had a great time with my bff and wanted a spot where we could walk to a few things. We went wine tasting one of the days and hike Hendy Woods one of the days. Some great food to walk to in town. Cabin has a cute little patio where you can hear the creek which would've been awesome to use if it weren't raining...we needed it so all good!"

"This property is located on Highway One right on the edge of a cliff. The views are stunning. The house could use some minor upgrades such as a newer dining room table and chairs (chairs felt loose) and kitchen needs some minor updating. Those details aside the stay was awesome and the pros outweigh any cons in our opinion. We would definitely stay here again. "

"When you combine a truly lovely property with exceptionally responsive and kind hosts, you can't help but have a lovely stay. That was our experience at the DogWood cottage. The cottage sits in an idyllic setting, and the cottage did not lack for anything. The owners clearly had put a great deal of thought into everything a guest would need (even our four-legged guests). We LOVED our stay and cannot wait to return!"

"Tadpole cottage was a sweet destination to chill in the countryside for a few days. Although the weather was hot and there is no air conditioning, the place stayed nice and cool at night and was easy to sleep. The ducks were so cute and personable we had a great hang. Town is close enough if you forget anything and there are plenty of great wineries on the road. Would certainly come back if I find myself in the neighborhood."

"We planned to stay 10 days, there wasn’t a table to sit at or chairs if you wanted to eat meals. We appreciate some kind of household instruction for watching t.v., using the air conditioning unit or operating the locks when exiting. This would be a good place to stay if you didn’t plan on any time in the unit. Also a good wind came up and the shredded patio umbrella collapsed. We left early."

"We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!"
