“Great stay at Roanoke Island Inn! Service was amazing and loved that they give you complimentary water bottles and snacks/beverages to make the stay that much nicer. The room was very clean and the AC unit worked great. The location is so nice with a very short walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Would definitively stay here again!”

Check in was very casual and easy, and I enjoyed the views of the sound. They made sure everything was tidy and clean for guests. “It was wonderful but please warn guests of steep, narrow steps to 2nd floor rooms. They were manageable for me but could be difficult if you have a bad back or breathing problems.”

“The property was very nice, clean and everyone was friendly. It was a great location just a quick walk to the beach. The only thing I would like more of was more of a selection for breakfast such as bagels and toast.”

“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……

“Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!”
