The home is conveniently located a short walk past the right side of the front house. Look for the first set of stairs on the left-hand side, leading up to a deck with a blue door. Guests will have access to this front deck, complete with seating, as well as overnight parking passes included.

Upon entering, you'll find the living room at the front of the house, followed by a spacious full kitchen/dining area. The four bedrooms are situated facing the kitchen and living room, providing a cozy and inviting layout. The full bathroom is located in the rear, adjacent to the laundry room. Additionally, guests can access the outdoor shower from the back door/stairs.

For added security, we have installed security cameras pointing at the main entrance, front sidewalk, steps/landing, and back door/stairs. These cameras record motion 24/7 for security purposes only. Please note that there are NO interior cameras, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay.

We prioritize your comfort and safety, which is why we've implemented enhanced cleaning protocols before and after every stay. Additionally, we provide cleaning items within the unit for your use during your stay. Your well-being is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.

- 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 beach towels per person, kids beach toys (located in laundry room area)
- Front deck with table, chairs, and grill. Grill tools are located in the kitchen in their own pouch. Please let us know if the propane tank runs out!
- 65” TV in living room area, TVs in each bedroom with free cable access to log into streaming services. Remotes are kept on Velcro beside the TV on the wall.
- Bathroom essentials including: personal towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, feminine care items, liquid body soap, lotion, hand soap, toilet paper
- Bedroom essentials including: sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows
- Kitchen essentials including: blender, mixology bartender set, wine cooler, coffee maker with coffee, cascade pods, paper towels, dish soap

GUEST ACCESS
Our house can be conveniently accessed through both the front and back doors via an electronic keypad.
Prior to your check-in, you will receive a custom access code that will allow you to enter the property effortlessly.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- No pets allowed on premises due to allergies.
You are responsible for any missing items or damage to the rental property caused by you or members of your party during your stay.
- Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced. Please no loud music/noise after 10 pm. It is a residential neighborhood.
- Events, parties, or large gatherings are NOT permitted in the home at any time.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Max 8 guests only.
- $150 replacement fee for each lost beach badge
