Great House
Large roomy house and bedrooms. On quiet street, a short walk to the beach which generally had open spaces to spread out. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. A short drive to many local restaurants.

Family stay
We stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was simply perfect. The location, the house, the helpfulness of the owner all was amazing. We enjoyed walking nightly to the custard hut and were able to watch the fireworks from the top balcony. We will definitely be back! HIGHLY recommend!

Great House, lots of room
We were 3 adults and 4 teens, this place had plenty of room for all of us. Appliances were new, Custard Hutt is nextdoor (pizza, burgers..etc) and their garage was full of extra beach chairs and beach stuff. It was a REALLY hot week and the AC worked great. Owner is very responsive.

This is a cute cottage with charm , furnished in a relaxed and welcoming style. There are plenty of places to wind down and relax, read or play games. Everything you need is available in this house. Short walk to the beach and plenty of places to park in front of the house. The owner is very quick to respond to any of your needs or questions. Cape cods like this one are sadly rare on the island these days and it was sheer pleasure to be able to stay in one like this one.

Better than advertised!
This was a wonderful cottage located just 4 houses from an amazing beach. My wife and I stayed with our (2 kids 1.5 and 4.5) and we had more than enough room. You could easily sleep 10 comfortably, as long as some share the master upstairs. The side yard was a nice piece of grass with a picnic table that provided a great space when we had another family over for dinner. Everything worked as it should. This is a classic LBI cottage so don’t expect anything crazy modern or reversed living. It has a ton of character and was just what we were looking for. It was perfect for our family. We’ve stayed at many places in LBI and this was top notch. Les is also a 10/10 host. We had the slightest issue with the hot water upstairs and he was willing to send someone out right away (it wasn’t a big deal for us at all, but I greatly appreciated his attention). Small side notes - awesome beach that was pretty empty all week. 2 great ice cream places in a short walk, which our kids loved. Plenty of parking on the street if needed. Can easily fit 2 cars in the driveway. Second fridge in the garage which is always a huge plus! No restaurants in walking distance, but if you know LBI you know that already. Plenty of great spots in a short drive. We always like to try new houses, but we would definitely come back here!

Great Stay
The house was perfect for our group of 6. More than enough beds, very clean and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that was great to have. Excellent location with easy access to the beach and a short drive to grocery and liquor stores. Overall excellent!

Great Family Cottage
We had an absolute wonderful time!! The cottage has plenty of room for being all together or needing a little privacy. Location is fabulous, beds so very comfy, very clean and well cared for!! Highly recommend!!
