「The staff was great; the beach view was great. The water park is more of a splash pad, pool, and lazy river. The slide has been cut out. The arcade was mostly broken, but 1 or 2 games. The washer and dryer also broke.」

「We liked being by the water and near the ferry. We didn’t like that it hasn’t been updated or maintained in a long time. The shower handle was broke, the recliner was broke, wall paper coming off and carpet was torn. The place was also very loud. People were playing loud music until after midnight and management didn’t stop them. For the money we paid, I wished we stayed at a different place.」

「Location is good, but that's it. Truly the worst hotel experience I've had. We were given room 123, which should never be sold... Smell was awful, upholstery was ripped, no windows (ot looked like it had originally been a room for staff to rest), beds were in two separate rooms with ceiling fans that had lights. Fans spun, but the lights in both rooms would not come on. That was enough to demand (nicely) a different room. There was no argument, as I'm sure they knew all about that room. The...

「Air conditioner stopped blowing cold during the night, and was very loud. Water in tub ran brown the first 3 minutes, then finally ran clear. Room was clean, staff did a good job, room just hasn’t been updated in a very long time.」

「I liked that I had an option for ocean view with balcony. HOWEVER, they should let you know that you may get a ground floor with a balcony 🙄 so you know with people on the beach, there's no privacy. You have to keep drapes drawn so they can't see in your room. Also, the front desk lady was borderline rude. After she was done with her spew (so I thought), I asked where breakfast was located, and she was snippy and let me know she will " get to that in a minute", I personally wouldn't stay there...
