「We loved the beautiful garden on the property. Staff was amazing. We didn’t have any type of hand soap in our bathroom which seemed odd. Food at the restaurant was extremely good quality!」

「We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking...

「The structure of this hotel is really weird, we had to take 2 lifts to get our room. The room is really dark and small, even though we booked a big room, and we don't feel that we get the room that we supposed to have.」

「The hotel has larger rooms and is clean. The front desk staff are professional but not particularly warm or welcoming. As a result, you may feel somewhat reluctant to ask for additional assistance or requests. They don't provide any drinking water for your stay. I will not stay here again next time.」
