Delusione totale per un presunto 4 stelle! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel aspettandomi il livello di comfort e di servizio che una struttura a quattro stelle dovrebbe garantire, ma purtroppo la realtà è stata ben diversa. Venerdì mattina, alla colazione, non era presente alcun membro del personale in sala: il buffet era completamente incustodito, il latte usciva da una macchinetta automatica con prodotto ricostituito e gli ospiti dovevano prepararsi tutto da soli, come in una mensa. Per ottenere una semplice informazione ho dovuto recarmi personalmente alla reception, che ha dovuto a sua volta chiamare il personale di sala. Nel pomeriggio abbiamo chiesto due cuscini alle 15 e sono arrivati solo alle 19, senza nemmeno una parola di scusa. Abbiamo chiesto un late check-out di poche ore, e nonostante l’hotel fosse praticamente vuoto, ci è stato richiesto il 50% del costo della camera, una politica poco flessibile e per nulla orientata al cliente. Per quanto riguarda la spa, ci era stato comunicato che, poiché il percorso da 80 minuti non era disponibile, avremmo potuto usufruire solo di quello ridotto da 60 minuti al costo di 25 euro a persona. Solo una volta usciti dall’hotel, controllando la ricevuta, mi sono accorta che ci erano stati addebitati 30 euro a persona, senza che nessuno lo avesse comunicato o spiegato al momento del pagamento.Inoltre, al check-out non ci è stato nemmeno chiesto come fosse andato il soggiorno, dettaglio che conferma la totale mancanza di attenzione

Struttura usurata, bagno semi demolito, box doccia fuori uso, umidità in bagno, scarico rumoroso. Copriletto "spiumato" termostato non regolabile a causa dei tasti consumati( ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta a dicembre per il caldo). Privilegi utente Gold di hotel.com non rispettati. La struttura è bella e molto grande, con tanti spazi a disposizione. La camera era davvero grande e confortevole, un mini appartamento! La piscina molto bella, peccato che il bar sia chiuso dalle 13 alle 16. Colazione varia e buona. Abbiamo pranzato una sola volta nel ristorante ma nulla di eccellente.
