Staff was amazing. AnaMaria went above and beyond at the property. We checked in after hours as our flight landed late. Margherita was in communication with us until we checked in. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our time here.

Fiorenza was so helpful with tips on Polignano and although we never met, she was constantly available by phone & text. The room was wonderful with a very comfortable bed.
