A great location, with beautiful views from all aspects of the house and so close to a traditional safe friendly Cypriot coastal town, with lots of restaurants and bars. All rooms have aircon, patio door windows, screens and shutters. Bedrooms are ensuite and there is a WC downstairs. 10 drive minutes to beach and others to choose from a short distance away. Parking is outside the front door, but you can walk in a few minutes to 2 good modern supermarkets, a kiosk, and Wi Fi in a local bar/restaurant. The town square is only 10 minutes away. It is an excellent choice for just unwinding or exploring the beautiful hills and mountains and especially the Akamas Peninsula, famous for its nature reserve and great walks. There are beaches all along the coast and many lovely restaurants and bars to discover. Cycles can be hired and there is a ten pin bowling alley in Polis and boat hire at wonderful Laatchi, 15 minutes away and where there are the best seafood restaurants on the island.

Great Holiday

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Polis Gardens, and had a great holiday experience. The apartment was clean with the complex gardens and patio area well kept. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ and relaxing on an evening. The location is situated in a quiet part of town, though a hire car is recommended to visit the beach and other nearby villages, yet it’s just a 15/18 minute walk to polis for bars and restaurants. The real highlife was the fanatic large pool which we all enjoyed. We had a great holiday, Steve , Hayley Isabelle, and Violet.

Lovely stay at Polis Gardens

Ann-Marie was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The property is in a great location, it overlooks the fields and also the pool. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The townhouse was a perfect size for a family of 4. It’s well equipped with WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Polis square is a 15/20 minute stroll away. There is a large supermarket at the end of the road. We had a fabulous holiday and hope to come again.

An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken, dass wir Sie mitten in der Nacht angerufen haben. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich, schön eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vielen Dank auch für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank. Die Anlage selbst war sehr sauber und für August erstaunlich ruhig. Die Stadt Paphos war in 20min. mit dem Auto erreichbar und das Stadtzentrum Polis war fußläufig in ca. 20 min. erreichbar. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub.

Super apartment

A well situated apartment in Pois Gardens with car parking outside the front door, and views over fields from upper floor. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Everything you might want is provided. Communication with the owner and local manager both excellent. The appt is at the end of a row and therefore quiet. A short walk takes you to the excellent Herb Garden restaurant, and a good supermarket. Lots of beaches and tavernas to explore. An interesting taverna is Val's place in Gialia, worth looking up.

Everything you needed for a lovely holiday spotless clean, great pool, central location, a nice welcome pack to start us off. Beautiful views from the patio and bedroom balcony, perfect place to relax and unwind.
