“The staff, especially at the desk were nothing short of brilliant and their customer service skills were brilliant. We had a couple of issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent value for money and we would go back in a heartbeat!”

“Check in 接待櫃台時常關閉,無人駐守,22:00後便關閉.入口只有階梯,沒有斜坡進入,對於提行李的旅客很不方便.房間沒有電話,只有冬天的暖氣,沒有冷氣空調,沒有刮鬍刀,沒有牙刷,沒有室內拖鞋.照片外觀一樓是和飯店沒有關係的餐廳,這點非常誤導消費者,且晚上用餐酒客經常大聲喧嘩,令人無法安靜入睡.電視全部皆是波蘭語的節目,完全沒有BBC,CNN等英文頻道,非常不方便.”

“Very nice and clean room with a nice shower. Check in was quick and easy, staff friendly but the reception closes at 20:00 so no help unless you call emergency number. I couldn't figure out how to work the tv but that's on me. Stairs, so not accessible and you have to be able to get your luggage up to your room. Great location 100 m from old town square. ”

“Hotel Wloski er et af Poznans bedste hoteller. Personalet er kompetente, servicemindede og venlige, og taler godt engelsk. Specielt skal rengøringspersonalet fremhæves. De er enestående, ved hvordan man begår sig over for gæsterne. Ikke en eneste gang blev jeg forstyrret unødigt, og deres service var alligevel upåklagelig. Hver dag var der gjort rent til UG og sat vand på værelset. Eneste lille minus er, at hotellet anvender duftstoffer , hvilket er totalt unødvendigt, da rengøringen er så……

“We had the best time in Poznan. Apartamenty Klasztorna 25 is conveniently located to Market Square with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very courteous, offering suggestions on local food, and made our stay enjoyable. We felt very safe, the rooms were clean and comfortable!”
