Our stay in Villa Aruba was brilliant

Our stay in Villa Aruba was brilliant. We are a family of 7 and the villa itself was a great size, the picture don't do the villa justice. It was exceptionally clean and our midweek clean that we opted for certainly helped. The location was great, Pollença is a beautiful village and we enjoyed visiting the local beaches and beach bars. We did find the driveway into the villa quite difficult to navigate as we had a 7 seater van (the drive is very narrow) and there was an exceptional amount of mosquitoes that prevented us from spending time outdoors at times however we do know this is an issue in the whole of north Mallorca not just where the villa was located. On the whole, we very much enjoy our stay in this lovely villa.

Had a great stay at this villa. Located in a lovely , private and quiet location. Fantastic pool in a lovely garden with lots of space for all with a large driveway and well lit in the evening. The access driveway from the road is a little narrow with a couple of tight turns so bear in mind size of vehicle if you are driving. We'll provisioned throughout, kitchen facilities and utensils plentiful, bedrooms clean and cooled in the afternoon (2-4pm) and overnight (8pm to 8am) via air conditioning.and great size bathrooms with walk in showers. Plenty of hot water on demand. Only improvements would be air conditioning in the lounge and the sun loungers do not have an adjustable back so are fixed in a lying position. Overall 5* rated place to stay.

Great stay for families

Rustic villa, quiet and peaceful for big family stay. We went as 2 families and great time in this beautiful villa. Not very from the shops and restaurant but definitely you need a car. One of the beds the 1st room from entrace was very bad and needs replacement. AIRCON in one of the twin bedrooms wasnt working and made strange noise at night and hence had to be switched off. Apart from that the basic needs e.g. toilet papers, hand soap and shower soap, basic kitchen stuff like salt and sugar were not provided. However understand that could be due to covid.

Villa L’Auba

Lovely Villa in isolation and not overlooked at all. Very private. Well stocked with glassware and crockery. Fantastic pool, garden and outdoor dining area. Great games area too with table tennis and pool. Perfect for our family with a 9 & 11 year old. They didn’t want to leave! Short drive into Puerto Pollensa, Pollenca or Alcudia. Team at Easyvilla were really helpful when we needed them. The air con didn’t work in two of the bedrooms (the twin room and the smaller double room). The double bed in the smaller bedroom is the creakiest bed ever! Couldn’t sleep on it. A file of info on the house and local area would be useful - how the safes work/what to do with recycling/taxi numbers/restaurant recommendations etc.

Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft, leider mit ein paar Schwächen. Die Wasserqualität (vermutlich entsalztes Brunnenwasser) ist auch für die Insel Mallorca in 2024 nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Warmwasser war leider erst nach ca. 5-10min laufenden Wasserhahn/Dusche verfügbar. Die Einrichtung und insbesondere Duschen erscheinen recht abgenutzt, wenn auch funktional. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist insgesamt gut, leider sind aber einige wesentliche Dinge nicht in ausreichender Anzahl oder Qualität vorhanden.(zB. 4 Frühstückschalen für 8 Bewohner, nicht brauchbare Kellen und Nudelheber) Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren auch in den limitierten Einschaltzeiten nicht ganz entsprechend der Einstellungen, wir hatten sporadisch Ausfälle. Die Zuordnung der zahlreichen Lichtschalter ist "abenteuerlich". Absolut positiv ist die ruhige Lage, der ausgedehnte Außenbereich, die gute Raumaufteilung und die sehr angenehme Atmosphäre zu erwähnen. Trotz aller Kritik würden wir, auch mit Hinblick auf den Preis, wiederkommen.

Wir haben eine Woche mit 8 Personen Ende Oktober in der Villa l'Auba verbracht. Die Räume im rustikalen Landhausstil waren sauber und den Fotos entsprechend. Aus der Wasserleitung kommt salziges Wasser, Trink-/Kochwasser muss entsprechend gekauft werden.Die Gegend ist sehr feucht, was auch im Haus spürbar war (dauerhaft feuchte Textilien, Geruch in allen Räumen, Schimmel im Bad). Dies zusammen mit den kalten Steinböden machte unseren Aufenthalt leider wenig gemütlich. An einem Tag hatten wir kein Warmwasser mehr, dies wurde innerhalb von 10h nach Meldung behoben. Was wir (wie tw andere) ebenfalls vorfanden:- viele Mücken- nicht ganz durchschaubare Klimaanlagen- spannende Anordnung von Lichtschaltern- nicht für 8 Pers. vollständiges Geschirr- kein Grundstock an Lebensmittel (auch kein Salz)- z.T. wenige Decken- defekter DuschkopfDie ruhige Lage mit dem toll ausgestatteten Aussenbereich ist ein Plus, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns nach wie vor.

Great villa for familiessmall groups

Great villa for familiessmall groups. We were a family of 6 with two toddlers. The pool was larger than expected and we used it a lot with our two grandchildren. Plenty of shade around the villa and also sun beds and umbrellas. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a bbq. We mainly ate outside at the very large table and it was lovely being outside in the evenings. Plenty of good lighting. Plenty of comfortable seating and a good table tennis table and a pool table. Bathrooms were very clean and bedroom spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked efficiently and was essential at night. The indoor lounge and tv was used at times to watch some of the olympics.We had organised to have a mini clean of bathroom floors mid week but no one turned up. This wasn’t a problem as we found clean towels. We could have chased but it wasn’t an issue.Overall an excellent week with trips to beaches and markets. We ate at the villa mainly as we had two toddlers.

Easy Villa Mallorca

Als Agentur Mieterunfreundlich. Die Finca war um 13 Uhr schon leer& gereinigt...uns teilte man mit, dass sie erst an 14:30 bezugsfertig ist.Haben von der Reinigung & Wäschewechsel keinen Gebrauch gemacht...statt dessen haben wir 2 Müllsäcke zur Entsorgung da gelassen....es war einfach kein Platz mehr im Auto. Müllentsorgung kostete dann 50 €. Die Finca ist toll & die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer perfekt! Zum Wasser sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Leider hatten wir extrem viel Mücken an & in der Unterkunft. Netze wären von daher sinnvoll. Man muss schon harte Matratzen mögen, um erholt aufzuwachen. Aber man kanns ja nicht allen recht machen...wir werden die Finca nicht mehr buchen....harte Matratzen...und die Nähe zur Straße, welche man schon wahrgenommen hat.

Lovely garden in secluded location Very close to beach and port. Beautiful surroundings Bathrooms and showers excellent Crockery wasn't clean. Perhaps from dishwasher quality. Air con intermittent in 2 of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the pool chemicals turned our costumes and my wife's hair green!!
