It is on a very quiet and private place on the outskirts of Pollença. Ca l'Apostol is located in the Coonya valley and has a view of the Puig de Maria mountains.
The holiday house is 250 years old and has been completely restored and converted into a vacation house. Many terraces surround the house along with a BBQ area, swimming pool and jacuzzi. In the inside, the rooms are luminous and have a mixture of traditional materials with a modern comfort. There are thick stone walls and sandstone arches, white walls, beamed ceilings and terra-cotta tiled floors. The living room is roomy, with sofas surrounding the fireplace. There is a TV with satellite and a sound system with CD and DVD. The kitchen is well equipped and is very roomy. The 5 bedrooms have two singe beds and a bathroom, one of them is on the ground floor.
This house is ideal for families and groups of friends for up to 18 people, yet the neighbouring house has the same owner and it is also rented out (Ca l'Apostol Nou).
Pollença is a village full of famous traditional festivals like the Calvario Holy Week procession and the Christian and Muslim 'La Patrona' party (from the 27th of July to the 2nd of August). Every Sunday morning there is a beautiful market in the main plaza. Also there are various art galleries. The village cultural offer during the summer is very abundant. Enhancing the famous Pollença international music festival where each week during the summer months a famous international orchestra band or soloist performs. Between the most picturesque places of the village you will discover the 'Puig de Maria' and the torture of its 365 steps. Pollença is also the beginning point of fun and pretty excursions through the Sierra de Tramuntana. The famous Formentor peninsula, the Sant Vicenç cove and the Pollença port also pertain to the same municipality and you can drive there in a few minutes.
