  • The beautiful Finca Gloria is a traditional villa built with Mallorcan stone, located in expansive gardens that offer a sense of tranquility and privacy. Outdoors, the villa features a well-equipped barbecue area and a dining table on a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying delicious meals al fresco. In addition, its spacious terraces provide charming views of the pool area, creating the ideal atmosphere to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Situated in a quiet area, the villa is perfect for couples or small groups seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation.



    Inside, Finca Gloria boasts two cozy bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with a private bathroom, while on the first floor, the second double bedroom is an open-plan room with an en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for guests.



    The villa also features a spacious living and dining room with wooden beam ceilings, adding a rustic and elegant touch. From this room, the terrace doors lead directly to the gardens and pool area, creating a seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a small laundry area and a pantry, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the ground floor has a guest toilet for extra convenience.



    Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms from 14:00 to 16:00 and form 20:00 to 08:00.

    Información a tener en cuenta:



    En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y de 75 € fuera del horario de oficina. Las llaves nuevas deberán ser recogidas por el huésped en nuestra oficina.



    El día del check-out, no se debe dejar basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirarla de lo contrario, se aplicará un cargo de 150 € por la gestión de residuos.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca Gloria und würden sie weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, ebenso die Terrasse und der Garten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Öl, Salz & Pfeffer, Kaffee, Tee und Zucker waren jedoch leider nicht wie angeben vor Ort. Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs etc. schon. Das Haus liegt nah an einer Straße, wodurch man die Autos hört, wenn man im Garten ist. Nachdem wir uns daran gewöhnt hatten, hat es uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage an sich ist sehr gut - nah zu dem wunderschönen Örtchen Pollenca, wo es gute Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir haben am Haus einen Feldweg entdeckt, auf welchem man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt kommt. Ansonsten ist man trotz Nähe zum Ort auf das Auto angewiesen. Am Abreisetag stand um 8:00 Uhr der Gärtner im Garten und die Reinigungscrew kam um 9:00, obwohl wir als Check Out 10:00 Uhr angegeben hatten. Für die kühlen Nächte wären „richtige“ Bettdecken schön gewesen.

Die Finca Gloria ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die Anlage ist gepflegt. Das Haus ist rustikal und charmant gestaltet. In der Küche sind alle Basics vorhanden. Es gibt eine Outdoor-Küche, diese haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Kontaktloser Check-in hat super geklappt. Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wichtiger Hinweis: Auf der Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus muss man einen Bachlauf queren, wenn es stark regnet ist es nicht möglich hindurch zukommen!!! Das Wasser fließt allmählich wieder ab, sodass der Wasserstand auch wieder sinkt und die Durchfahrt dann möglich ist. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und uns fehlte diese Information, da wir einige Regentage hatten. Es hingen viele Hinweise /, Regeln an den Wänden des Hauses, dadurch verliert das Haus leider etwas von seinem Charme. Ich würde es besser finden, wenn die Hinweise in einer Informationsmappe gesammelt ausgelegt werden. Die Messer sind stumpf oder defekt, ein Messerschärfer wäre hilfreich.

Lovely peaceful spot. Pretty farmhouse - great pool!! Great outdoor seating/bbq area. Easy access by car to Pollença old town (5 mins) with lots of restaurants and a range of fantastic beaches 15 mins away.

Als wir zum Tor reinkamen standen wir mitten im Paradies. Der Pool war sehr sauber und mega gross. Das ganze Haus war mega sauber und alles war da was mann brauchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Auch unserem 5 jährigen Sohn hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt und alles war nahe am Haus gelegen. Wir hatten uns gewünscht, dass es möglich gewesen wäre den Schönen Ofen im Wohnzimmer benutzen zu können, da es schon eher kühl im Haus war. Alles in Allem eine perfekte Unterkunft um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Finka in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Einfacher Check In über eine Schlüsselbox. Küche war gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten für April bereits tolles Wetter sodass wir auch den großen Pool nutzen konnten. Dieser wird regelmäßig gereinigt, ist jedoch nicht beheizt. Die Umgebung eignet sich gut für Naturaktivitäten wie Wandern oder Fahrradfahren. Wanderweg zum Puig de Maria quasi vor der Haustür. Die Unterkunft hat ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad En Suite und seperater Toilette im EG und im OG zwei Einzelbetten mit Bad und Dusche, sowie einem separitem WC. Eine schöne Holzbalkendecke rundet den schönen mallorquinischen Einrichtungsstil ab. Die Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, with excellent and well maintained swimming pool The signing from the main road must be improved! Even though we had the exact location pinpointed on Google Maps, it was quite a "challenge" (with traffic backing up behind us), to find the entrance the first time. The condition of the track/road leading down to the house is pretty awful.

Sehr gute Lage zum Wandern. Schön und großzügig angelegt. Leider entströmt dem Bad im Erdgeschoss ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Somit war das anschließende Schlafzimmer für uns nicht nutzbar. Wir konnten glücklicherweise nach oben ausweichen.

Volvería a repetir

Fantástica casa a un minuto en coche de Pollensa. Está totalmente equipada (hasta más de lo que me había imaginado). La ubicación es ideal para desplazarte al pueblo, playas así como para hacer todo tipo de deporte ya que tiene la montaña cerca. La casa está cuidada al máximo. La atención de la agencia ha sido de 10. Les dijimos una par de asuntos y nos lo resolvieron al instante. Mención especial a Yelmo (persona que mantiene las instalaciones), nos encantó coincidir varios días con él. Gracias por esta quincena de ensueño!! Nada, todo perfecto. Seguid así de eficientes.
