Inside, Can Seguinot Mercer is distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor has a large living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining room, as well as a double bedroom with a bathroom. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, music player and wi-fi internet. The kitchen has all the essential elements for a complete holiday with cooking (there is also a washing machine available in a separate laundry room). The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
The air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 hours.
Outside, Can Seguinot Mercer offers its guests very well-maintained gardens with lawn, flowers, trees and shrubs: a true oasis of peace! The private swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and attracts long hours of sunshine. It is surrounded by spacious paved terraces perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers provided. The private pool is particularly large for a property of this size, measuring 10 x 4 m (depth 1.30 m — 2.20 m). Guests can also enjoy a built-in wooden barbecue and an outdoor dining area. Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
