A wonderful relaxing stay

This is a beautiful villa set in rustic farm land roughly equidistant between pollensa and puerto pollensa (it’s about 2/3km to either). The beds were really comfy and we were glad of the air conditioning at night. Very relaxing and quiet. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great. There were a lot of ants!

Plenty of space around villa , very spacious inside villa Villa needs new washing machine as it has a 5kg drum for a Villa that sleeps 8 people, also it appears to wash on a 60 degree wash only , used 15min wash only as rest of programmes were 2 & 3 hours. Don't know what spin speed machine did as there were no instructions in English. Also the air con in the front side twin room was useless, needs relocating elsewhere in room ( I have aircon in my Villa in Spain , UK & caravan) so I do know how it works . Apart from these couple of issues we had a lovely time , we hired villa as our daughter was getting married in Son Marroig. Beautiful day , lovely Villa , apart from those few issues would stay again . Thank you

Lovely villa with some serious problems that need to be addressed to make it a more pleasant stay

When we arrived, we were very happy to see such a pretty villa and garden. However, right away we noticed the pool was dirty with green algae and let the management know on the second day that it was not usable. They came to try to fix it but the pool kept getting dirty each day, so we only were able to use it about half the holiday. There was barely any hot water, so we got used to cold showers...which the kids were not very happy with. We had to run the water for about 15 min just to get a trickle of warm water, which seemed a real waste of water supply too! The ground floor bathroom stunk of sewage the entire time we were there. Despite many requests, no one came to fix this problem, so we just shut the area off for most of our stay and used the upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms only. The house was not so well-equipt, considering it cost EURO 6400 for a 12-night stay. We expected at least all the necessary kitchen supplies, towels, etc... but had to go into town to buy many things ourselves as they were not supplied, and even the pool towels cost extra. Overall, the villa itself had a ton of potential and was really lovely, but it needs to be managed better and better maintained, unfortunately. The area of Pollenca and Porto di Pollenca were absolutely lovely, as was the beach at Formentor but I think we won't be going back to this property or one run by Easy Villas any time soon...

We had a wonderful time at the villa

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. After reading comments about the smell of sewage we were worried but it was just a slight whiff from the drains in the showers and soon went once the water was run. The pool and grounds were very well kept and we spent long, lazy days relaxing there.

Schick auf den ersten Blick, aber…

Prinzipiell ist die Finca wie abgebildet, aber die Zimmer kleiner als gedacht, alles nicht mehr ganz so neu, ein permanenter Geruch nach Abfluss im Haus und in allen Zimmern viel zu wenig Ablagefläche. Auch die Heizung funktionierte leider nur recht sporadisch!

Todo, ya conocíamos la casa de años anteriores y es ideal para familias o pequeños grupos de amigos, por su distribución, amplitud y con un baño privado para cada habitación. La atención de la empresa y el servicio magníficos. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con una ducha y no tardaron ni una hora en venir a repararlo. Muy bien. También nos facilitaron late check in y check out, al haber disponibilidad. Tan sólo tendría un par de sugerencias, para mejorar (aún más) la estancia: La casa está preparada para albergar hasta a ocho personas, ya que cuenta con cuatro dormitorios dobles y cuatro baños, tres de ellos en suite. Mi sugerencia es que la zona del baño de la habitación de la planta baja, que en principio correspondería a la habitación contigua, seria interesante poner una puerta que separase el salón de esa estancia, dotando de mayor privacidad a la habitación y al baño. Existe un marco y sería muy sencillo. La otra cuestión se refiere también al baño de abajo, que es el baño "de uso común" cuando la ocupación de la casa es de hasta 6 personas, pero si son más cada persona debe subir a su propio baño. Esto no es un problema en invierno, que es la época en que nos hemos alojado, pero tal vez en verano, subir a los baños de arriba desde la piscina, mojados, puede ser un poco incómodo. Creo que valdría la pena pensar en poner un aseo de servicio en el exterior, de manera que todos los baños quedasen privados para cada una de las habitaciones. Por último, como detalle, hemos echado en falta algún ladrón más en la cocina, ya que los enchufes son un poco escasos. Como digo, tan sólo mejoras, ninguna crítica. Una estancia de 10. Gracias.

Schöne Finca - erholsamer Urlaub

Poolwasser war Trübe nicht gereinigt Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine müssten dringend erneuert werden. In dieser Preiskategorie wird von uns etwas anderes erwartet. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Finca in einer guten Lage.

Schöne Finca im Hinterland

Insgesamt ein schöner Kurzurlaub in schöner Finca! Alles gut in Schuss, sauber und gepflegt! Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem alles mit dem PKW in kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar. Kleiner Abzug in der B Note weil die Kaffeemaschine und die Dunstabzugshaube nicht richtig funktioniert haben. Sonst alles prima!

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier richtig

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Finca. Da wir ausschließlich auf Erholung eingestellt waren, war dieser Ort perfekt dafür! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe ein großes Plus für Selbstversorger. Der Betreiber soll jedoch definitiv über eine neue Ausstattung der Küche nachdenken. Teller, Töpfe und Besteck stark abgenutzt. Bei der Art von Location darf man durchaus Besseres erwarten.
