Villa Roger for six people with pool

The Villa Mastaguera Roger, built in stone, is located in an excellent rural location near Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, with perfect views over the Puig de Maria. This villa, with its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cosy interiors and beautiful gardens, is an excellent choice for families seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, but close to stunning beaches and traditional towns.



Inside, the villa (carefully renovated and with beautiful finishes) is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room, an open-plan kitchen on the right side and a dining room on the left side. There is also a double bedroom with a family bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom and a room with 2 single beds, both sharing a family bathroom with a shower.



In the exterior, the gardens of Villa Mastaguera Roger have been carefully designed to impress. There are mature palm trees, flowers, shrubs, lawn and even a beautiful fountain! This is the perfect place for a relaxing walk, enjoying the perfect climate of Mallorca. The large private pool is surrounded by lawn and features comfortable sun loungers. The barbecue and dining table for 6 people (in front of the pool) are the perfect complement for dining outdoors.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
