Villa Opalo is a small refurbished in a modern style residential town villa ideally located in the appreciated are of “Pinaret” only 100m to the Puerto Pollensa sea and beach.Front door opens into a beautiful light and airy lounge/dining room decorated in a contemporary style with its white dining table and stylish chairs as well as a comfortable dark grey sofa.A door from the lounge area leads to a fully fitted white kitchen with grey worktop and stainless steel appliances with views to the terrace and pool area.On the right of the living room there is a fitted wardrobe and a door that leads into a small hall with three further doors. On the right of the small hall is a beautiful master double bedroom decorated with modern dark wooden furniture and pink curtains. On the left, is a twin bedroom decorated in tones of white and turquoise blue. Between the two bedrooms there is the shower room also decorated with white tiles following the contemporary style of this beautiful villa.Glass doors lead off the lounge area into the lovely covered terrace with its glass and steel table and beige chairs together with a freestanding stone BBQ adjacent to the pool, an ideal location for al fresco entertaining.Villa Opalo with its fresh contemporary style, magnificent location near the beach and lovely terrace, BBQ and pool area is the ideal Mallorca Villa for couples or small families who wish to enjoy a dream holidays in the island.
