“Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus……

“Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.”

“Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. “The villa was very spacious and clean with a lovely pool at the rear of the property. Completely private and secluded in the garden / pool area. Large car parking area with gated front . AC worked well in all rooms and kitchen had all the necessary equipment needed. The owner was always on hand if needed by a text message, and was polite and spoke quite good English. Overall a lovely 10 nights stay , beach only a 10 minute drive away and Lidl about 5 minutes away. Thanks Graham & Nicola ”

“Pros: Das Haus war sehr schön und sehr groß. Gerade gut, wenn man als Familie reist. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Am Besten hat uns das Grundstück ums Haus gefallen mit sehr viel Grün und jede Menge Zitrusbäumen, an denen man sich bedienen durfte. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen. Unsere Anliegen wurden sofort erledigt (z.B. einen neuen Toaster).”

“Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”

"We had a very pleasant stay at the apartments behind the hotel. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views were lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a Wi-Fi issue during the first night, but the hotel handled the situation professionally and kept us updated. The internet was fixed quickly the following afternoon, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, communication, and quick response.
