Villa Can Ros is a 6-bedroom villa with a fabulous location just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, with its elegant marina, tapas restaurants and bars, also just a 20-minute walk along the coast, so you will have everything you need nearby. The villa itself has a large private pool and extensive lawn, perfect for families and groups looking for plenty of outdoor space. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in 5 bedrooms and living room are included.



Access to the villa is through an entrance gate leading to the main door, with roadside parking for your rental car.



The living room and dining area are bright and airy with 2 sets of patio doors opening to the covered terrace and villa gardens. There are comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and an ornamental fireplace, as well as a dining table and chairs.



The separate kitchen has an additional dining table with chairs. Traditionally furnished with wooden cabinets and all modern conveniences, it will be well-equipped for cooking those delicious holiday meals. The kitchen has a full oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.



The villa is situated on a single level with 6 bedrooms in total. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors leading to the villa gardens. One of the double bedrooms is split-level with a step down to a comfortable rest area. Two double bedrooms with single beds share the use of a separate shower room, 1 of which has patio doors leading to the pool area. Two steps from the kitchen is a third bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bedroom, both with en-suite showers. The double bedroom also has doors leading to the pool area. The single bedroom has a portable fan to keep cool.



It has plenty of outdoor space, great for enjoying those hot summer days. The large private pool is situated in extensive gardens, with plenty of space for sunbathing and playing in the garden. The brick barbecue is near the pool area. The front garden is also lawn-covered with local Mediterranean bushes and trees scattered around, providing additional privacy and shade. There is a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, ideal for those outdoor meals.



Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Lovely location.

The property is in a great location for the beach and town. The interior is a bit grim, and a couple of the rooms have a damp problem. Swimming pool is nice but several cracked tiles. Some baffling bits (can’t open front door from inside). Could do with a good repair and refresh.

Large spacious villa with good facilities

Stayed at this 6 bedroom villa with friends as part of a cycling holiday. Very large and spacious with a good garden and pool, situated just around the corner from a very nice restaurant and the beach. The living area was comfortable and the bedrooms were well spaced throughout the villa for comfort and privacy. We had an issue with hot water on our arrival but the property management company rectified the problem quickly and effectively. This villa is ideal if you are travelling in a big group and want to be close to the amenities of Port de Pollenca.

Very dated Villa and images misleading

The location is fantastic! About 100m to the beach and a lovely walk to many fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The villa itself is very dated and in desperate need of modernising and a renovation. The photos on the site are misleading and look like they were taken over 10 years ago. The villa does have potential to be fantastic but just needs a bit of TLC!

Great Family Holiday

This property has great outside space. The pool is large and was cleaned twice during our stay. It is deep for little ones but fine for ours who were 5 and 8 and swimmers. The 2 year old enjoyed time in his inflatable boat! There is a pool table and a table tennis table. We used the bbq which was fine. There are numerous places to sit and plenty of shade from the trees. The inside space is huge. It does need updating in some parts notably the bathrooms but there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need. We used the oven which was good. If you are looking for modern and chic then this is not the place for you but with three young children we were comfortable with the surroundings. It is very close to the beach and a short walk into the town. The local spa is very good and we enjoyed their croissants! There were 10 of us in our party and we all had a great time.

Wonderful location but Villa in need of attention

The location of villa Can Ros was perfect for us and the outside space was also wonderful. There was ample room for us all to relax around the pool and the pool itself was a really good size. The Villa however, is in desperate need of some attention. The water coming from the showers contains rust from the water tank and so the shower trays, baths and towels all stain orange after use. There are loose tiles in the showers, external door runners not working (we fixed them so that we could open them). The Villa could be absolutely stunning if it was updated.

Completely misrepresented by old photos. Unsafe for children and unhygienic

This villa has been misrepresented in the photographs and description used for advertising and on which basis we booked this villa. Easy Villas and vrbo continue to deceive customers by posting out of date photographs The swimming pool is unsafe to use for small children because of sharp edges where tiles are broken or missing. Paving is broken around the pool. The villa itself is in poor condition with bathrooms unable to be used and unhygienic because of rust in baths, broken tiles and mould in showers These are just a few examples). Bedrooms are unsafe where plugs are coming away from the walls. Oven unable to be used properly because of lack of shelves in it. Much of the cutlery is rusty. Walls are damaged with paint peeling everywhere. Tiles are broken in numerous places and some floor tiles are loose in main bedroom. Full photo evidence is available

Really great location close to the beach and restaurants, fantastic pool and garden, great for families. We were disappointed that cleaning of 1 bathroom before we arrived was not carried out, but overall the villa met our expectations and was perfect for our family holiday (7 adults and 3 children aged 10, 8 and 6).

The villa is in a superb location, approx 200 yards to a couple of restaurants and the beach. Property has loads of space indoors and outdoors, and the pool is definitely bigger than average. Property would benefit from a wee lick of paint to freshen it up and the cleaning upon arrival wasn’t quite as good as the clean undertaken during the stay. Would recommend for friends or large families looking to holiday in Puerto Pollença.
