The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and the food was good. The location was good, not far from the beach and within walking distance of the centre of town. The resort is delightful. Great value for money.

Very lovely property only a couple of blocks from the beach front. Not too large and very quite. nice for a relaxed stay. The suite I had was very large and comfortable. Had its own small [pool for about 10 suites. Unfortunately they don't heat them and in October the water was not as warm as hoped but ok. All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The resort was excellent and felt really safe and secure. Very clean and very friendly service wherever we went.

Large rooms, daily cleaning completed, good aircon in the room. Food was excellent, buffet breakfast had a good variety and was freshly cooked. Nice size pool although became busy during our stay, this was in peak season though so to be expected. 5 min walk to the beach and 15-20 to the main port area. Overall would highly recommend.

Very clean and modern hotel in a good location near a nice beach with good bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a 25 minute walk into the main port area so we used our hire car a lot. Rooms well equipped with everything needed. Good buffet breakfast and the staff are really friendly. The bar area was a bit noisy and brightly lit with the tv on so not particularly chilled. The pool area was nice but it was school holidays so full of noisy kids and people putting their towels on the sunbeds first thing so we didn’t use it much as it was noisy and not relaxing. Overall a good hotel in a great location to explore the area.

Location was perfect and the rooms were lovely! We stayed in room 149 and had a sea view which was unexpected. In a great location set back from the road but short stroll to the beach and a nice walk to the main part of Port Pollenca. The bus stop was also not far away, we got the bus to Pollenca, Alcudia old town and Formentor. The sunbeds around the pool were very busy and usually all reserved with towels early.

A beautiful property in a quiet location at one end of Puerto Pollensa with lovely facilities and staff who were knowledgeable about the area and helpful. I like to extra touch of a fridge in the room. The breakfast was amazing with so much on offer and loads of healthy options! There is free parking on site and easy access to local buses if you want to go further afield.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Eu Bahia Pollença and would highly recommend it. The hotel, restaurant and bar were all fantastic, but what really stood out was the friendly, helpful staff who genuinely went the extra mile. Our room/suite was spacious and comfortable, and we specifically booked the hotel so we could enjoy the adults-only semi-private pool, which was a real highlight. We ate in the restaurant three times and the food was excellent. We had lunch twice, with a great menu offering plenty of choice, and breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide selection of hot and cold food. Even the coffee from the machine was good quality! The restaurant staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The bar was well stocked and the sangria was a lovely treat. All the staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. Our arrival was smooth, and the reception team even remembered us from a previous visit, which was a lovely personal touch. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be booking again. The only improvement we could suggest would be a hotel shuttle service to the port and town. Taxis can be unreliable, so a shuttle would be a fantastic addition to an already excellent service and would make an amazing holiday even better. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay — we can’t wait to return!

The hotel was very clean in all areas,bed was comfortable and large I'm 6'2 and found loads of space. The food was of a good standard. I'm a fussy eater but found some of the food bland but my partner enjoyed her neals. But that is all inclusive for you. I would stay here again maybe just b+b.

Enjoyable weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was a walk away from the marina so it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good and we had access to the adults only pool which was lovely and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Would definitely go back!

The staff was courteous and always helpful. The included breakfast was great with many options spanning made to order omelets, many fruits, yogurts, coffees, juices, sweets, meats.
