Beautiful and spacious apartment with a double bed bedroom and capacity for 2 people.



It is a fully furnished accommodation, with a beautiful decoration and an immaculate marble floor and kitchen with bar. It has a living/dining room with a large window that lets in plenty of light, and a comfortable white leather sofa.

Lovely Flat but a few niggles

We enjoyed the flat but would mention the following 1. No bathmat in the outside shoer which meant my husbands towel got quite dirty 2. No instructions referencing the air-conditioning bottle which overflowed the second day all over the patio until we discovered it and made sure we emptied it regularly 3. It would have been nice if there had been a welcome kit so that we could at least make ourselves a cup of tea on arrival fortunately we were early enough to go to the shops 4. I had enquired as to which floor it was on as I am not that good at loads of steps Although I had been told first floor I assumed the steps would not be steep and indeed inside the property However the outside stone steps up to the front door were quite steep and I had to be very careful 5. Lastly the ground floor flat whose garden we overlooked was absolutely disgusting and the whole area was in a disgraceful state spoiling the loverly view of the ducks below

Fabulous and Frustrating

My wife and I spent 7 days on Mallorca, our first time visiting. The pictures of the apartment looked amazing, and we were delightfully surprised how accurate they were. The apartment itself is splendid! A large one bedroom unit that is tastefully decorated and has high end furniture, finishes and fixtures. It is close to shops, bars, and beach. Can’t say enough positive things about the apartment. Unfortunately, our experience with Mallorca Villa Selecion was not good. Due to storms on the island, our flight was delayed 7 hours. We notified them we would be late. Arriving after midnight with very dark streets, the check-in instructions were inadequate. It took 30 minutes to find the unit. It required me to enter into gated courtyards and walking to the door to see if there was a key code. I was so worried someone would think I was attempting to break into their home. The first night we had torrential rains. We woke to water on the floor of the bedroom. We called the office numbers provided, but no one answered. Called the number provided for emergencies and were told they did not support that unit. After 30 minutes we finally connected with someone through WhatsApp. Internet comes and goes. On day 5, we had no service all day. Sent message via WhatsApp and got no reply for over 24 hours. By the time they replied, service had already been established. Other tidbits. AC only in bedroom. A couple of nights neighbors dogs barked all night.

Stayed at a different apartment

After booking this property, we suddenly realised that its location (on a main road, backing onto supermarket and canal) would not be suitable for us. The property managers were absolutely superb and managed to find us a much more appropriate property (Voltor BE). As such we are not really able to review this property but will say that RentavillaMajorca were great to deal with and a lot more helpful than Vrbo!
