Lovely perfect property

A lovely property in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of pollenca. The kitchen is adequately furnished. We happen to have a small car which we were grateful for as the access to the property is quite restricted.

Nice Villa, nice location, really needs air con downstairs

Loads of good things about this villa. Location is superb for walking into pollensa, lovely pool, barbecue, outdoor seating, table tennis table. Great location to explore mountains and beaches with a car. So overall id recommend it highly. Issue is that there is no downstairs air con, so in August it was too hot to sit and relax. Felt like a sauna. We had to just keep gettng in and out of the pool. Bedroom air con ok, albeit dated. Bedding quality, especially pillows also poor.

Beautiful place at a perfect location

Beautiful place at a perfect location, just 10min outside the city centre but in a quiet, natural surrounding. Pool, bbq, house, everything was just perfect. Would really recommend!

Super Villa in very convenient location. Some may be troubled by a bit of road noise but we were not. A few more basics ( wc paper and hand soap) at check in would have been greatly appreciated- but quickly resolved by visiting local easily found Eroski supermarket

Ferienhaus mit schöner Außenanlage oberhalb von Pollenca

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Außenanlage im wunderschönen Pollenca. Das Ferienhaus ist im Inneren einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und man findet immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten. Der Pool wird alle zwei Tage gereinigt und ist schön gelegen. Pollenca ist einen Spaziergang den Berg herunter in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und mit seinen Gassen und zahlreichen guten Restaurants wirklich schön. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch des Marktes! Die größeren Supermärkt sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir (drei Erwachsen und zwei Jugendliche) haben den Urlaub in diesem schönen Feriendomizil sehr genossen!

Alles met goede beschrijving en uitleg. De zwembad meneer kwam 2 x langs maar wij hebben dat niet als vervelend ervaren. Genoeg ruimte voor ons allemaal. 1 min puntje ouderwetse dekens op de bedden wat niet heel fris wordt ervaren.

Wonderful Villa

Beautiful villa in a quiet location a 10 minute stroll to the old town. We enjoyed the outside spaces and pool area. A few comments. The bed linen needs to be improved. The synthetic materials used on a few beds at the moment are uncomfortable. Another tray for the oven would be convenient.

Perfect familie villa with a beautiful surrounding!

We had a very nice time in the villa. The villa had a beautiful garden with a clean swimming pool. The surroundings were great and in walking distance is the village of Pollença. A rental car is recommended. Our first time here but not our last! Michael

Wonderful stay

Super location within 10 mins walk from town. Spacious traditional style villa. Comfortably furnished. Excellent outside area for eating & relaxing outdoors. Well maintained pool. Our only slight disappointment was the kitchen which was rather basic but not so much that it spoiled our enjoyment of the holiday. Not sure if it may have been because of pandemic but there was no arrival pack left for us not even a bottle of water which would have been a thoughtful & very welcome touch. Overall though we had a wonderful stay
