Delightful and perfectly situated

This is a perfect little house, located just minutes from the main square in Pollensa but quiet and peaceful. Comfortable and beautifully decorated - we couldn't fault it.

Perfektes Stadthaus

Zu diesem Haus gibt es einfach nichts Negatives zu sagen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind perfekt. Wir waren schon zum wiederholten Mal in Pollenca und dieses Haus hat uns bisher am besten gefallen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nettes Stadthaus

Nahe dem Ortszentrum und trotzdem (eigentlich) ruhig gelegennicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser ein gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus. Leider fing täglich um 8 Uhr die geräuschvolle Arbeit auf der Baustelle gegenüber an. Bei Ankunft am Sonntag fanden wir leider nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank vor. Dafür 3 Flyer was wir bei Abreise unbedingt zu beachten hätten. Für Liegen und Stühle auf der Terrasse gab es keine Auflagen/Kissen. Der Pool war nicht sauber. Parken in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist ein größeres Problem. Bei einem Problem mit dem Haus-Türschlüssel wurde uns allerdings sehr schnell geholfen. Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen Mängeln.

A beautiful property, well located

We had a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed the property and loved Pollensa. The property listing was accurate. However there were a few things which could have been a bit better. There was no information pack which would have been helpful. I thought the kitchen could have been better equipped. Apart from Saucepans there were no ovenproof dishes, baking trays or dishes to serve food in. The shower in the main bedroom could do with updating as the shower head didn't work very well and the door doesn't close properly. The pool was also dirty when we arrived which was a shame. Despite these minor issues we would definitely recommend it to friends and would definitely come back. Pollenca was beautiful with fantastic cafés and restaurants on the doorstep. The Property manager was extremely helpful and sorted out a problem we had with the water and the wi Fi immediately. All in all we had a great holiday and enjoyed Pollenca and Casa Rocosa very much. Thank you

The property was fabulous and in great condition.

Great property situated very close to square and was very clean and well maintained. The manager was great and answered all our queries and was very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and relatives. Pollensa is a great place to stay and the choice of restaurants and qulaity of food was well above our expectation. Fabulous
